ABOUT ME
My name is Liam Roth and I am currently a Senior studying Sport Management at the University of Michigan. I grew up in Highland Park, New Jersey as a long time New York sports fan and have been studying the Sport Business field since the age of 15 when I studied at the Wharton Sport Business Academy. I have had a lot of valuable internship experience during my time at Michigan. Following my sophomore year of college, I interned for the Yankees Season Ticket Sales & Service department where I learned about the ticket interface, provided unique experiences to our loyal fans, and even got to select fans to sit in the Judge's Chamber. The following summer, despite the COVID crisis, I participated in an immersive 10-week Sport Management program called Must Love Sports, a company dedicated to giving displaced interns from the global pandemic a chance to add to their resume. This program brought in the industries best and brightest to come speak, allowing us to pick the brains of some of sports highest executives. Through MLS I was also paired up with the digital media company Bleacher Report to do comprehensive CAPSTONE project over the summer which can be viewed on the "work" page along with other school and internship projects. I am currently looking for a full time role in the marketing, partnerships, or business development spaces. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or business inquiries!
